Formal/Black Tie optional. We would love to have all of our guests dressed up with us on our big day! For Women—midi- to floor-length gowns (please avoid wearing white!) For Men—your best suit and tie!

Yes! The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. We understand that November tends to get chilly after dark, and to accommodate our chillier guests, we will have heaters surrounding the reception area to ensure no one freezes. Dancing is also recommended to ensure warmth!

If your kids are invited, they will be listed on your invitations! We unfortunately cannot accommodate for all kiddos due to capacity limitations.

For guests staying with us at the Hampton Inn & Suites and Hotel San Buena, there will be shuttles running to take guests to and from the venue. There is also parking on site at Lloyd-Butler Ranch for those who decide to drive.

Please plan on arriving 30-45 minutes prior to the ceremony start time listed on your invitation to ensure enough time to mingle and find a seat!
